Its like saying prove to me you are a guy by showing me you are not a girl 11 .Poor analogy but thats what it amounts to.

But, inspite of my beliefs , there ll always be communities religious or otherwise united by common need/interests/compulsion/beliefs.So instead of arguing how to get out of it, getting along is a better option.
And for this knowledge abt religions is the first step and ur already doing it, keep it up and someday u ll find the truth whatever it is.

mskKarthik Subramanihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17316226932547843924noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9332125.post-1138799586460030262006-02-01T05:13:00.000-08:002006-02-01T05:13:00.000-08:00well I can't say anything about what Anthrax has p...well I can't say anything about what Anthrax has posed because I am a strong believer in god and never ever has the question arisen in my mind about the existence (nor am I ever going to ask myself about it)...I am very narrow in this outlook (I do this deliberately). I strongly believe that we have to uphold a deity or A Divine being above us and I feel this is what almost all of us (non-atheist's) do..
Anyway coming to the blog, its quite englightening one DK. You almost write like R.K.Naryanan (but I have to say that you post is more blunt and not naive like a RKN story) when you describe the scene in a temple. Do tell us what the mulla told in detail in another blog if possible. This is my personal request....
-VishnuVishnuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06061579560443446032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9332125.post-1138465009360212412006-01-28T08:16:00.000-08:002006-01-28T08:16:00.000-08:00Very Good. Nice, to see that you have been through so much places and learnt a lot. My personal belief was( not so long ago ) was if religion is the sole reason for bloodshed and massacre, then why follow one? Wouldnt the earth be just perfect if all of us were atheists as there would be no conflict of opinion let alone bias based on caste. A new world a new beggining. If one's perception of God is another's same of Devil then what is right and what is not? Its easier to not believe in something and exist even though it might actaully exist. Lets do your Karma and continue with life than rather ponder on A Divine Being who is the source of bloodshed more than brotherhood. Think about. I certainly did.
- AnthraxAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
